Lingerie Perdu is a Jeddah-based luxury boutique carrying over 38 of the world’s most esteemed European and international lingerie, sleepwear, and intimate apparel brands. With a premium physical presence in Saudi Arabia and a brand identity rooted in refined elegance, they needed an online experience that lived up to the standard their customers expected — in a market where the category demands both sensitivity and sophistication.
Launching a luxury multi-brand lingerie store online in Saudi Arabia is not a straightforward undertaking. The category requires a careful, considered approach — one that balances product discoverability with brand elevation, and serves a discerning customer base in both English and Arabic. With over 38 brands to bring online, each with their own identity and product range, the challenge was creating an experience that felt curated and effortless, not cluttered and overwhelming. Getting this right from day one required deep strategic thinking before a single page was designed.
We started where every complex project should — with research. We benchmarked comparable luxury multi-brand experiences, defined the right approach for Lingerie Perdu’s market and customer, and designed the full site architecture before any development began. The goal was to create a foundation solid enough to support a catalog of this scale without ever making the shopping experience feel heavy.
With 38+ brands and a wide range of product types to surface, structure was the defining challenge of this project. We worked with the client to organize the entire catalog into a clear, logical framework — one that powers intuitive navigation, precise filtering, and a browsing experience that guides customers naturally toward what they’re looking for, whether they’re shopping by brand, category, or occasion.
We designed the full storefront to reflect Lingerie Perdu’s positioning — refined, elegant, and unmistakably premium. Every design decision was made with the brand’s luxury identity in mind, creating a shopping environment that feels consistent with the boutique experience their in-store customers already know.
The store was built in both English and Arabic from the ground up, with Arabic treated as a primary language, not an afterthought. Every part of the experience — from navigation and product pages to brand profiles and editorial content — was fully localized with care and precision. The Arabic version is as polished and functional as the English one, serving Lingerie Perdu’s core audience in the language they shop in.
We developed content across key pages, collections, and brand profiles — giving each brand a considered presence that adds to the overall experience rather than diluting it. Post-launch, we supported the team through major retail and seasonal moments, adapting the store’s homepage and merchandising in close collaboration with the marketing team to make sure the site was performing when it mattered most.
Lingerie Perdu launched with a Shopify store that matches the elegance of their physical boutique — fully bilingual, meticulously organized, and built to serve a luxury customer base in one of the region’s most discerning markets.
