Modernizing RITE's Shopify store — built for a team that knows what they're doing

RITE is a UAE-born vegan supplement brand offering a science-backed range of vitamin gummies and functional drink powders across gut health, beauty, energy, protein, and more. With a strong DTC presence, wide retail distribution across the GCC, and coverage in Harper’s Bazaar, Elle, and Marie Claire, RITE is one of the region’s most recognizable wellness brands.

THE SITUATION

RITE was already doing well. Their products had traction, their team understood e-commerce, and they knew exactly what they wanted from their store. The problem wasn’t strategy or direction — it was the technical foundation underneath everything. The store had been built on an older development approach that had quietly become a bottleneck. Every design change, every marketing enhancement, every SEO improvement required going back to a developer. The team’s ability to manage and evolve the store independently had been constrained by the way it was originally built. They needed a technical reset — one that would free them to move at the pace their business demanded.

WHAT WE DID

Technical Rebuild & Platform Upgrade

We moved RITE onto a modern Shopify architecture, implementing a premium theme built on the latest platform capabilities. The goal was not just to improve what visitors see, but to fundamentally change how the team experiences managing the store — eliminating the development dependency that had been slowing them down and giving them a foundation they could own and evolve themselves.

Design Implementation

RITE came with a clear design vision. Our role was to take their creative direction and execute it faithfully across the entire store — translating key page references into a cohesive, fully realized shopping experience that felt consistent from homepage to checkout.

Product Architecture & Bundle Integration

We worked on the product catalog structure, ensuring categories, collections, and product relationships were organized in a way that supported both discoverability and conversion. Bundle management was properly integrated — giving the team a scalable, flexible system for building and managing their growing range of product combinations.

Subscription Model

One of the more technically involved features we implemented was a subscription model — allowing customers to purchase on a recurring basis. For a supplement brand where consistency of use is central to the product’s value, this was a meaningful addition to the store’s commercial capabilities.

Bilingual Store — English & Arabic

The store was delivered in both English and Arabic. While the brand’s primary audience in the UAE skews English-speaking, we ensured the Arabic experience was properly localized, fully functional, and up to the same standard as the English version.

The Result

RITE ended up with a technically modern, visually cohesive Shopify store — one that finally matched the pace and ambition of the team running it. The development bottleneck that had been holding them back was gone, replaced by a foundation built to support wherever they take the brand next.
